To treat balanitis, the doctor will usually prescribe an ointment in the form of antigatal creams, antifungals, and antibiotics.4. Chlamydia
Chlamydia is a sexually transmitted infection caused by Chlamydia trachomatis. Symptoms of chlamydia include pus discharge or greenish fluid accompanied by pain when urinating, itching around the penis hole, and pain in one or both testicles. Just like sexually transmitted diseases due to other bacterial infections, this disease needs to be treated with antibiotics.5. Penile cancer
Penile cancer is a rare type of cancer that occurs in the skin and penis area. Symptoms include:- The penis comes out of pus or foul-smelling liquid.
